The Other Side of Hope (2017) is a comedy/drama about two siblings, Khaled and Miriam, who flee civil war in Syria for Europe, but they get separated on the way, and Khaled finds himself alone in Finland. The story follows Khaled as he attempts to set down roots in Finland and find his sister.
